Gone for Two Weeks

I'm leaving for camp shortly and will be there for the next two weeks, in charge of the kitchen. I'm really nervous about this for several reasons: I've never done anything like this before; the equipment is scary; my feet, knees and legs may not be able to handle all the standing required and I've got a very bad cold/flu/something.
